Conciliation Body BGG
The Federal Government Commissioner for the Conciliation of Persons with Disabilities has set up a conciliation body in accordance with § 16 BGG. By request can here a conciliation procedure is initiated.
The conciliation body pursuant to § 16 BGG has the task of settling disputes between persons with disabilities and public authorities on the subject of accessibility out of court. Unlike many court proceedings, conciliation proceedings are free of charge. No legal assistance is required.
It is not primarily a matter of finding winners or losers, but of resolving the conflict together with the help of the arbitration board.
